Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photo of the outer packaging
• Your order details
Once verified, we will arrange a refund or suitable resolution.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item:
• Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Pickup charges will be deducted
• Refund is processed after we receive and inspect the item
