Shipping Policy

 We currently ship across the UAE.

 Delivery Timelines

  • UAE: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

 Shipping Fees

  • UAE: Flat delivery fee of AED 20.

  • Free delivery on UAE orders above AED 200. 

 Order Processing

 All orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.  Customers will be notified once their order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

 We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and details carefully before placing an order. As a small business, each piece is handled and packed with care.

 Damaged Items (Exchange or  Refund)

 If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will exchange the item if it is available in stock, or

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

 Returns

 If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:

  • A return fee of AED 20 will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
     
    Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only applicable for damaged items.
